Occasionally I encounter the misconception that what I do is some kind of mass-produced, impersonal coaching for lawyers. The reality couldn’t be further from the truth. I work with people I resonate with—lawyers wrestling with the same doubts and questions I once faced: imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and the fear of leaving the “devil you know” for the unknown.

Why do I do this work? Because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to think you’re a special case—stuck, exhausted, and uncertain if fulfillment is even possible. But I’ve come out the other side, and discovered freedom, purpose, and a kind of ease that I wish every lawyer could experience. That’s what drives me: helping others find what they most want to do, and even get paid for it.
